The big news for observant travelers: King Solomon Hotel, a 5-star hotel near the beach, which was the city's first kosher hotel. The hotel houses two kosher restaurants - one meat, one dairy - under the supervision of Rabbi Elimelech Rosenblatt. Kosher food can also be found outside the hotel: a Chabad kosher meat restaurant, and Jerusalem Restaurant serving Israeli food.
