Tefilat HaDerech (Traveler's Prayer)
It's customary to recite the Traveler's Prayer when setting out on a trip (including a flight) - once per day of travel, standing if possible. The original Hebrew text:
יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ ה' אֱלֹהֵינוּ וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ, שֶׁתּוֹלִיכֵנוּ לְשָׁלוֹם וְתַצְעִידֵנוּ לְשָׁלוֹם וְתַדְרִיכֵנוּ לְשָׁלוֹם, וְתַגִּיעֵנוּ לִמְחוֹז חֶפְצֵנוּ לְחַיִּים וּלְשִׂמְחָה וּלְשָׁלוֹם. וְתַצִּילֵנוּ מִכַּף כָּל אוֹיֵב וְאוֹרֵב וְלִסְטִים וְחַיּוֹת רָעוֹת בַּדֶּרֶךְ, וּמִכָּל מִינֵי פֻּרְעָנֻיּוֹת הַמִּתְרַגְּשׁוֹת לָבוֹא לָעוֹלָם, וְתִשְׁלַח בְּרָכָה בְּכָל מַעֲשֵׂה יָדֵינוּ, וְתִתְּנֵנוּ לְחֵן וּלְחֶסֶד וּלְרַחֲמִים בְּעֵינֶיךָ וּבְעֵינֵי כָל רוֹאֵינוּ, וְתִשְׁמַע קוֹל תַּחֲנוּנֵנוּ, כִּי אֵל שׁוֹמֵעַ תְּפִלָּה וְתַחֲנוּן אָתָּה. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', שׁוֹמֵעַ תְּפִלָּה.
English translation
May it be Your will, Lord our God and God of our ancestors, that You lead us in peace and guide our steps in peace, and bring us to our destination in life, joy, and peace. Save us from every enemy and ambush along the way, and from all troubles that may befall the world. Send blessing in all that our hands undertake, and grant us grace, kindness, and mercy in Your eyes and in the eyes of all who see us. Hear the sound of our prayer, for You are a God who hears prayer and supplication. Blessed are You, Lord, who hears prayer.

Passing a place where a miracle happened for the Jewish people calls for a specific blessing - 'she'asah nisim la'avoteinu bamakom hazeh'.
