The resorts here are not kosher by default - kosher programmes run at some of them in particular weeks only, and have to be confirmed with the hotel in writing two to three months ahead. Chabad of Cancún is in the Hotel Zone with services, Shabbat meals and a mikveh, and the Ember Kosher restaurant operates under KMD supervision.
