Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) is Vietnam's biggest and most vibrant city, and a must-stop on the backpacker trail. Chabad of Vietnam runs a kosher restaurant here in the Đa Kao area (District 1), with a variety of meat, chicken and vegetarian dishes, plus a kosher deli with imported products, kosher wine and meat. Open Sunday-Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday 9am-1pm.
