Panama City's main community is Shevet Ahim. Super-K in Punta Paitilla is the kosher supermarket: shop there and take food out, including for Shabbat. El Nacional on Vía Israel is a restaurant under Shevet Ahim. Ask there if a dish is dairy or pareve. For Shabbat, better to sleep near Punta Paitilla so you can walk to the supermarket and the synagogue. Chabad hosts; call ahead.
