St. Moritz, the famous luxury destination in Switzerland's eastern Engadin valley, is known in the Jewish/observant world thanks to Maloja Palace - a kosher hotel operating in the village of Maloja, about 12 km west of St. Moritz, on the shore of a clear lake and at the foot of the mountains. Important to know: the hotel operates seasonally, in summer only (typically July-August), not year-round. Gourmet kosher meals are served daily, with a beit midrash and daily minyanim. Outside this season, there's no known permanent kosher lodging in the area - it's worth coordinating in advance and confirming exact operating dates before booking.
Stay in the kosher area of St. Moritz
St. Moritz does not have one obvious Jewish quarter. Maloja Palace (the seasonal kosher hotel listed on the site) is the anchor - book somewhere near it rather than picking a random part of the area.
