Outside Paris, Strasbourg is one of France's biggest kosher hubs, around Rue Sellenick: restaurants, bakeries, a local Beth Din. An ideal base for a walking Shabbat, and for Europa-Park / Rulantica (~50 min) on Sunday. See Petite France and the cathedral in the late afternoon. Don't look for kosher food at the theme park: come back to town or pack a picnic. Certification here is the Beth Din of Strasbourg's - check the certificate on display.
