Vilnius
Vilnius, nicknamed the 'Jerusalem of Lithuania' for its tradition of Talmudic scholarship, today hosts Chabad of Lithuania with a daily kosher soup kitchen (running since 1995) and the Choral Synagogue - the sole survivor of more than 100 synagogues that once operated in the city before World War II

Stay in the kosher area of Vilnius
Vilnius does not have one obvious Jewish quarter. Chabad Lubavitch of Lithuania (Chabad house listed on the site) is the anchor - book a hotel within walking distance of it rather than picking a random part of Vilnius.
If you complete your booking there during this same visit, we earn a small referral commission from the partner - at no extra cost to you.
