A large five-star hotel (503 rooms) in Hivernage, next to the Palais des Congrès. A kosher restaurant (First Kosher Club) runs inside the hotel all year, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with Shabbat meals to order - so eating kosher never means leaving the hotel. Confirm the restaurant's hours and supervision with the hotel before booking.
