Our guide
Jewish life in Barcelona has two separate centres: the main synagogue (CIB) and the community restaurant on Carrer de l'Avenir, and the Chabad house on Carrer de Montnegre - both outside the Gothic Quarter where the sightseeing is. Plan where you'll eat before heading out to the historic centre rather than counting on finding something there.
Stay in the kosher area of Barcelona
Barcelona's kosher options are thin. Sleep near the Gothic Quarter / El Call, and write the community or Chabad before Shabbat. Don't arrive Friday with no food plan.
If you complete your booking there during this same visit, we earn a small referral commission from the partner - at no extra cost to you.
