Sit-down kosher food in Brussels is in Uccle: Grill Tov for meat, Gel Tov for groceries and catering. Chabad is on Avenue du Roi. The Great Synagogue (Rue de la Régence) is a landmark and a community, not a restaurant street. Antwerp is about an hour by train if you need a dense scene (Hoffy's, Kleinblatt). Shabbat in Brussels: stay in Uccle, not Grand Place, unless you will taxi before sunset. Local supervision (Rav Hadad) is not Antwerp's Machsike Hadass.
