Accurate times for the upcoming Shabbat, calculated for this destination's location

Coming up: Rosh HashanaStarts Sep 11 18:35 · Ends Sep 13 19:33

Our guide

There's no kosher food on the Strip itself. You need a car or a cab. Most places are under Chabad; Burnt Offerings also has OU. Breakfast: Café Express on Fort Apache, about 20 minutes from the hotel. Shawarma Vegas is next door. For a meat dinner closer to the Strip: Jerusalem Chef's Table on Flamingo, or Burnt Offerings on Sahara. For Shabbat, skip Bellagio if you want to walk to shul. Chabad is on Arville. Book Shabbat meals at Chabad or Jerusalem a few days ahead. Shopping: kosher aisle at Albertsons near Café Express and at Smith's in Summerlin. 365 Mountain Market is a fully kosher grocery.

Our recommendations

  • Don't count on the Strip hotel. Eat at Burnt Offerings, Jerusalem or Café Express.
  • For Shabbat, stay near the community, not Bellagio, if you want to walk.
  • Book Shabbat meals at Chabad or Jerusalem a few days ahead. Friday they close early.

Stay in the kosher area of Las Vegas

There is no kosher food on the Strip itself, and the community is a short drive away. For Shabbat, sleep near the community, not mid-Strip without a walking-distance shul.
