Park City, Utah, home of the Sundance Film Festival and one of North America's largest ski resorts, offers something rare among ski destinations worldwide: a kosher restaurant right inside the ski area itself. Bistro Kosher Deli, located at Silverado Lodge in the Canyons Village area, serves deli sandwiches, salads and hot pasta dishes under on-site rabbinical supervision. Important to know: it runs mainly in the ski season - off-season Google lists it as temporarily closed, so check it's open on your dates. It is closed Friday-Saturday, and Shabbat meals are pre-order only. Park City is about an hour's drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.
Stay in the kosher area of Park City
Park City does not have one obvious Jewish quarter. Bistro Kosher Deli (the kosher restaurant listed on the site, inside the Canyons Village ski area) is the anchor - book somewhere near it rather than picking a random part of town.
