Park City, Utah, home of the Sundance Film Festival and one of North America's largest ski resorts, offers something rare among ski destinations worldwide: a permanent kosher restaurant right inside the ski area itself. Bistro Kosher Deli, located at Silverado Lodge in the Canyons Village area, serves deli sandwiches, salads and hot pasta dishes under on-site rabbinical supervision. Important to know: the restaurant is closed Friday-Saturday, and Shabbat meals are pre-order only. Park City is about an hour's drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.
